基本使用方法
显微镜的使用
利用自然光源镜检时,最好用朝北的光源,不宜3采用直射阳光;利用人工光源时,宜用日光灯的光源。
镜检时身体要正对实习台,采取端正的姿态,两眼自然张开,左眼观察标本,右眼观察记录及绘图,同时左手调节焦距,使物象清晰并移动标本视野。右手记录、绘图。
镜检时载物台不可倾斜,因为当在五套载物台倾斜时,液体或油易流出,
