一、 热缩电缆终端头(常规型)

二、 电缆熔接式中间接头(高端型)
这是优联的核心技术产品,区别于传统的冷缩或热缩附件。它并非简单的“套装”,而是通过恢复电缆本体结构的“熔接”技术,实现与电缆同寿命的中间接头,主要针对中高压(10kV-35kV)及重要线路设计。
1. 核心技术优势
优联熔接技术旨在解决传统附件存在的“界面问题”。传统冷缩/热缩附件与电缆是两种介质(硅橡胶/EPDM vs XLPE),存在活动界面和气隙,容易成为电场的薄弱环节 。
· 无界面熔融技术:将电缆的导体、内半导电层、主绝缘层、外半导电层逐层采用熔融方式恢复,与原电缆材料无缝结合,彻底消除电气界面,避免气隙和杂质引发的局部放电 。
· 导体连接:采用放热焊接技术(分子连接),而非简单的压接。焊接处的拉断力可达本体强度的90%以上,载流能力与导体相等,且接触电阻极小,不会因大电流冲击或长期运行而松动老化 。

I. Heat shrinkable cable terminal ( conventional type )
This product is a conventional cable accessory of Youlian, which is made of irradiated cross-bed polymer material and installed by heating shrinkage. It is widely suitable for cable terminal treatment from low voltage to 35kV.
1. Product features
· Stable perbance: it has excellent insulation perbance, creepage resistance, electric mark resistance and aging resistance. Designed to last more than 20 years at -55 ° C to 105 ° C.
· Electric field control: Relieve electric field stress concentration through beter control b ( stress tube ), unibly improve electric field distribution and ensure operation safety.
· Waterproof design: with dual stress control and integrated shielding / insulation design, it has good sealing and moisture resistance perbance.

II. Cable fusion type intermediate joint ( high-end type )
This is the core technology product of Youlian, which is different from the traditional cold shrinkable or hot shrinkable accessories. It is not a simple " package", but realizes the intermediate joint with the same service life as the cable through the " welding" technology of restoring the cable body structure, which is mainly designed for medium and high voltage ( 10kV-35kV ) and important lines.
1. Core Technology Advantage
Youlian fusion technology aims to solve the " interface problem" existing in traditional accessories. Conventional cold-shrink / heat-shrink accessories and cables are two media ( silicone rubber / EPDM vs XLPE ) with active interfaces and air gaps, which can easily become weak bs in the electric field.
Interface-free melting technology: the conductor, inner semi-conductive layer, main insulating layer and outer semi-conductive layer of the cable are restored by melting layer by layer, which is seamlessly combined with the original cable material to completely eliminate the electrical interface and avoid partial discharge caused by air gap and impurities.
Conductor connection: Exothermic welding technology ( molecular connection ) is adopted instead of simple crimping. The tensile strength at the welding part can reach more than 90 % of the body strength, the current-carrying capacity is equal to that of the conductor, and the contact resistance is extremely small, so it will not loosen and age due to large current impact or long-term operation.
· Equal diameter restoration: the joint is restored to an equal diameter structure similar to the cable body, and the electric field distribution is completely consistent with the cable body. It does not need to rely on stress cone or stress tube to control the electric field, and the electrical stability is extremely high.
· Strong adaptability: fusion joints can be made even in special bs such as insufficient cable length ( e.g. only 40 cm of space left ), hanging at high altitude or bending.
