一、ZS-110/6概述
    高压支柱绝缘子适应于高压电站、变电站配电装置及电器设备中、作导电部分的绝缘和支持使用。高压支柱绝缘子可分为户内支柱、户外棒型支柱绝缘子及户

外针式支柱绝缘子。按额定电压可分为 6 、 10 、 20 、 35 、 110 、 220 、 330 、 500KV 等级。

二、ZS-110/6型号说明
　1. 户内支柱绝缘子
　Z —户内外胶装支柱绝缘子
　ZN —户内内胶装支柱绝缘子
　Gy —户内联合胶装支柱绝缘子
外胶装型后的 A 、 B 、 C 、 D 表示机械破坏负等等级（ KN ） Y 、 T 、 F 表示下金属附件的形状。内胶装、联合胶装型号后的分数，其分子为额定电压（ KV ），分母为机械破坏负荷（ KV ）。
　2. 户外支柱绝缘子
　ZP —户外针式支柱绝缘子，型号后 A 、 B 、 C 、 D 表示机械破坏负荷（ KN ）
　ZS —户外实心棒形支柱绝缘子
　ZSX —悬挂安装使用的户外实心棒形支柱绝缘子
　ZC —户外操作棒形支柱绝缘子
　ZSW —耐污型户外实心棒式支柱绝缘子，型号后 1 、 2 、 3……. 为设计序号。
户外棒式支柱绝缘子破折号的分数，其分子为额定电压（ KV ），分母为弯曲破坏负荷（ KV ）。分数后的破折后的数字为污秽等级，不用分数表示的，其型号后第一个数字为总高（ mm ），第二个数字为弯曲破坏负荷（ KN ）。
　L —上、下附件安装孔为螺孔， K —上、下附件安装孔均匀为孔，（一般情况 K 不表示）。
三、ZS-110/6技术标准
　高压支柱绝缘子符合国标 GB8287 《高压支柱绝缘子》、 GB12744 《耐污型户外棒形支柱瓷绝缘子》之规定。
