冷油器是电力系统中汽轮机润滑系统配套使用的透平油冷却设备，冷油器为光管表面式，采用循环水作为介质实现热交换，从而保证轴承入口油温达到规定值，确保机组正常运行。亦可适用各类工业润滑系统中，凡是需要油液冷却的场景，冷油器都能发挥重要作用。

一、表面式冷油器的概述：

冷油器是一种水冷表面式冷却器，油冷却器采用表面光管式结构，利用循环水作为热交换介质，将轴承润滑摩擦产生的热量通过冷油器带走，从而保持润滑油温度在35-45℃之间，防止轴承因高温发生软化、变形或烧损事故。

冷油器不仅广泛应用于火力发电厂的汽轮机润滑系统，还适用于EH油系统、给水泵润滑系统、液耦工作油系统、密封油系统、磨煤机润滑油站、控制油站以及引风机、送风机和一次风机等油站。在各类工业润滑系统中，凡是需要油液冷却的场景，冷油器都能发挥重要作用。

二、列管式冷油器的工作原理：

冷油器主要由上、下水室亦或前、后水室，壳体及管系构成。低温冷却水在换热管内流动，高温润滑油在冷却换热管外随导流隔板以S形流动，以此增大冷热交换过程，提高冷却效果。通过调节冷却水的流量，可精确控制润滑油的温度。

三、结构形式：

冷油器以安装形式分为立式和卧式两大类，以内部常用隔板结构分为弓形和圆环盘形。扩展按冷却换热管分为光管式和强化传热管式两种，且以适合用户和运行场景的需求，冷却管材质分为T2铜管、HSN70-1合金铜管与HAI77-2合金铜管和TP304、TP316L、TP317L不锈钢管及TA1、TA2钛管供选择。
